Registration
1.
Identify your membership status:
a.
Association member:
An association member is a school
organization or regional organization that joins the APTSA, for example, the
student association of a PT school or a country. A representative such as
the president or the secretary of the association should fill in this form.
b.
Individual member:
An individual member is a PT student
from Asia country who joins the APTSA. Example: Bachelor student, Master
student, Doctorate student.
c.
Supporting member:
A supporting member is an Individual
who is interested in the works of the APTSA and wants to support it, and was
not an individual member previously. Example: Professors, Clinicians,
Staffs, and not limited to physical therapy related field.
d.
Alumni member:
An alumni member is limited to students
who have graduated from a PT school in Asia, and was successfully registered
as individual member, or was a representative of an APTSA member before.
2. Complete the
application form. Please note on the "*must fill"
column.
3. APTSA
headquarters will send the confirmation letter by the first week of the
upcoming month via email.
4. The
membership fees payment would be started in the future.
At the moment, no annual fee would
be collected. The information about collection of annual fee would be
announced and you would be informed via email in the future. When collection
of annual fee started, all members have to re-register by filling the
application form again and pay the annual fee. If failed to re-register,
your membership might be removed.
5. In order to
uphold your membership rights, please fill in another form to renew your
membership information when your membership status has changed.
